Train the Trainers
The purpose of the Finding Common Ground curriculum is to provide individuals with the tools and skills necessary to prepare for and respond to disasters of all types while building relationships with their local first responders. These trainer’s materials have been developed to help orient instructors to this program, whether they are from a cultural heritage background or a first responder. Train-the-trainers materials include a course overview and preparation materials for each of the workshops. Slide decks and handouts can be found elsewhere on this website
