Managing Your Construction Grant (2016-2017 Round): Audits

Excerpts from your city or town's annual audit must be submitted as soon as they are available for each fiscal year in which MPLCP funds were received and expended. 

Don't send the whole thing, please!

For each audit year of the period that covers from the date of the first grant payment to the expending of the final payment, we need copies of:

• The audit's title page
• Any page on which the library construction grant funds appear as received or expended
• Any comments or footnotes by the auditors that may pertain to the library project
• The signature page, with name of the auditing firm and date
