2023-2024 Grant Round Grantees: Planning and Design Phase: Area Tabulations Reporting

For every iteration of design submitted to the MBLC for review, your architect will include an Estimated Space Summary Chart showing comparisons between your Building Program and the current design iteration. You or your architect should then fill out the Area Tabulations Reporting Form in Amplifund based on the Estimated Space Summary Chart for any design iteration that includes changes to any of the tracked metrics..

When your architect first comes on board, they or you should also fill out the Area Tabulations Reporting Form with information from the Estimated Space Summary Chart that was submitted with your Building Program.

1. In the left-hand sidebar of your Amplifund account, go to Grant Management > Grants
2. Click the grant name
3. In the tabs along the top, click on Custom > Area Tabulations Reporting
4. Click on the plus icon in the upper right hand corner
5. Fill out the report fields
6. Click Create
