2023-2024 Grant Round Grantees: Planning and Design Phase: Payments

All required documentation must be submitted through the Amplifund grant management system. Payment requests should be submitted as payment advances in Amplifund.

In the Planning and Design Phase:

1. An initial payment of $50,000 will be made when the following conditions are met:
   1. All application requirements are satisfied;
   2. A Planning and Design grant contract and agreement with the Board is executed;
2. A final payment of the balance of 50% of eligible cost, not to exceed $50,000 for Standard grantees and $75,000 for Small Population grantees, will be made when the Applicant completes the planning and design phase and provides all required MPLCP Level of Design documentation.
