2023-2024 Grant Round Grantees: Planning and Design Phase: Monthly Reporting

You are required to submit monthly reports to the MBLC as a condition of receiving grant funding. Reports are due by the first day of the month two months after the reporting period (for instance, January reports are due by March 1).

All reports are to be submitted in Amplifund. You will receive automated email reminders from Amplifund as the due date for your next report approaches.

1. In the left-hand sidebar of your Amplifund account, go to Grant Management > Grants
2. Click the grant name
3. In the tabs along the top, click on Custom > Monthly Report - Planning and Design Phase
4. Click on the plus icon in the upper right hand corner
5. Fill out the report fields
6. Click Create

I submitted my report but I made a mistake / need to change something!

Your assigned MBLC staffer can reopen reports for editing. Contact Andrea or Heather if you need this done.
