If the person responsible for applying for your grant is no longer available, are there other people who were involved who may have organizational log-in ability and can create a new account for you? If not, contact Andrea and Heather and we will help you work with Amplifund to get access to your grant information.

Logging In

When your grant is awarded, you will receive an email from Amplifund with a link to log in. You can also log in by going directly to www.gotomygrants.com/account/login.aspx.

Log in to view and manage your grant using the same information you used to log in to the application form. If you cannot remember your password, there is a "Forgot your password?" link on the right underneath the password box.

Adding Users to Your Library's Account

Multiple people associated with your project can log in to Amplifund to interact with your grant. Every person should have their own account; please do not share accounts.

To create accounts for other users in your organization:

  1. Open Administration > System Security > Users in the left-hand sidebar
  2. Click the + icon in the top right hand corner to create a user
  3. Enter user preferences & information:
    • Select the User’s Email Preference
    • User role
    • User’s First Name, Last Name, and Email Address
  4. Click the ‘Create’ button
  5. Set up user options:
    • Subscribe to Daily/Weekly Emails: Set to Yes to receive daily and/or weekly emails from AmpliFund with tasks/reminders
    • Applicant Portal Access: Set to Yes to provide a user in your organization with access to submit applications
    • Role:
      • Organization Administrator: Full view and edit access to your organization’s AmpliFund account
      • Executive: View only access to your organization’s AmpliFund account
      • Department User (No Salary): Only has access to budget or performance plan items to which you assign the user as the Responsible Individual
      • Department User (Salary): Has access to budget or performance plan items to which you assign the user as the Responsible Individual including personnel line items
  6. Click the envelope icon in the Icon Bar in the upper right.
  7. In the confirmation pop-up window, click Send Invitation
    • Invitation link will be active for 72 hours
    • If an invitation needs to be resent, an Organization Administrator can resend the invitation email to a user by going to Administration > System Security > Users. Click the envelope icon next to the user’s name and confirm.
