Applications for Explore Grants will open on December 16, 2024. All applications must be submitted through Amplifund, the MBLC's grant management software.
The video below will walk you through an application example. It is not for either one of the specific applications for this opportunity but will cover how to complete key tasks in the application.
Preservation Assessment applications will not have to include any budget details, as the entire award amount will be paid to the consultant. Applicants should mark as complete and save and continue in the budget section.
ESOL/Citizenship Corner applications will need to include budget details. Instructions on how to do this are in the video. Below is a document outlining the categories and line items to use in the budget. Additional relevant details in the budget narrative are strongly encouraged.
All applicants must have a unique entity identifier (UEI). The UEI must be for the parent organization. For instance, a public library would use the municipality's UEI.These grants are sub-awards and do not require an entity registration.
This website, and other programs of the MBLC, is funded in part with funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, a federal agency that fosters innovation, leadership, and a lifetime of learning.
