The sustainability section is about what happens with this project when the grant is done. You will be addressing two issues: what will continue and what has been the impact of your project.
Work from the assumption that your outcomes were excellent, and the grant was successful. Be decisive and confident in your language. Avoid tentative language (hope, may, believe).
