ARPA Grant Management Guide: Reporting

You must submit one written report and one financial report. Both are due by October 15, 2022.

Written Report - due October 15, 2022
This report will detail the project activities and any outcomes from it.

Financial Report - due October 15, 2022
This report will have you list how you spent ARPA funds as well as reflecting any cost share. The ARPA funds are the grant award. You MUST include a check or warrant number for any ARPA funds spent. Cost share reflects any funds that support the grant but are not ARPA dollars.

  • You must keep project files, including invoices, for three years after the project is completed and all financial reports have been submitted
  • Always give the exact amount of the expenditure. Do not round off expenditures to the nearest dollar in your reports, as we need an exact accounting of how the federal money has been spent.
  • All grant funds must be expended by September 30, 2022.

This website, and other programs of the MBLC, is funded in part with funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, a federal agency that fosters innovation, leadership, and a lifetime of learning.
