The updated Massachusetts Public Library Trustee Handbook and Trusty Trustee Pocket Guide are now available. Use the handbook as a starting point to help guide you in your role as trustee, for questions regarding board operations, searching for a new director, budget planning, fundraising and more. The pocket guide is a quick reference tool to have on hand at board meetings.
As always, the consultants at MBLC are available for more personalized support.
